With more severe winter weather on the horizon, I wanted to reach out with some directions for remote learning days. These days are considered school days. As such, whatever goals are required should be written in the student notebook and completed for the following morning. Failure to have the work done as prescribed will result in demerits for incomplete goals. We have to do this in order to maintain the necessary hours for the school year without adding days to the calendar. Not every day off will be a remote learning day, so please make sure to read the texts as they come in. Students should be taking home all paces daily through spring break just in case we do have a remote day.

As a side note, when we have a two-hour delay, we are going to push lunch back half an hour. The elementary students are starting at 10:05am and going to lunch at 11:00am as of now. We will push that to 11:30am. All other lunch times will be pushed back half an hour as well.
