Fine Arts Trip Families

I want to commend every student for their outstanding performance on Fine Arts Night! It was a blessing to see so much talent on display. I am thrilled that your student can join the special trip we have arranged. I would like to provide you with specific details regarding this trip.

The students received their remaining balances last Thursday. To ensure the students’ participation in the trip, payment must be submitted by Friday, the 16^th.

1. We will leave the church at approximately 9:00am on Thursday, May 22^nd.
2. We are staying at Kalahari in the Poconos.
3. We plan to be home Friday night by 11:00pm. As we get closer to home, we will give a more exact time.
4. We are asking both boys and girls shorts be about knee length. Tank tops are allowed, but no spaghetti straps or low-cut tops. Girls should have a modest bathing suit (no bikinis permitted). Shorts or a swim skirt must be worn over their suit.
5. We will be providing lunch on the road Thursday as well as something like pizza for dinner. A simple breakfast and lunch will be available on Friday. The only monies needed will be for dinner on the way home Friday (on the road) and any snacks/souvenirs they may wish to purchase.
6. Traveling with the students will be myself, Miss Rachel Schwender and Bro. Dave Trout.
