The forecast over the next three days appears to be one that will cause disruption to our school days. Because there are already many things going on tomorrow, January 20th (including Derry Area not having school, MLK Day, the inauguration, and the weather), we have decided to close the school building and make it a remote instruction day of school. We hate making last-minute changes, but after discussions with several entities involved with student transportation, they feel it best to pre-emptively call the day. Students are responsible for just 3 goals at home on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday will follow Derry Area as per policy. If there is a cancelation, we will send remote learning instructions for that day. Again, we understand that this is difficult for some families and are sorry for that, but the safety of our students is our highest priority and the counsel we have received has pointed us in this direction.
