Days Off
Friday, October 11th and 25th, are half days of school with an 11:30am dismissal. There will be school on Monday, October 28th (originally a scheduled day off). You can find the school calendar by clicking the button below.
Volleyball and Football
Practice and game information has been given to parents by the coaches. The big changes to the calendar are the cancelation of the game on October 1st and the addition of the Father/Son football and Mother/Daughter volleyball games on October 29th. Games are also on the calendar using the link above.
Concession Volunteers
Thank you to all who have been helping in the concession stand. Below is the list of remaining home games and those scheduled to work:
- October 7 – Volleyball: 4:30pm-7:30pm – Tara, Wendy, Becky
- October 18 – Volleyball/Football: 3:30pm-6:30pm – Mrs. Jensen, Michelle L., Keffer Family
Home Games
In an effort to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at our athletic events, we are asking that parents not leave students unattended during our games. Students should be accompanied by a parent or an adult responsible for supervising them. Students are to be seated with their parent or guardian during the entire game or in the designated student pep club section of the bleachers. Students should not be in any other area of the buildings or property. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and for supporting our athletic program.
School T-Shirts
T-Shirts and hoodies are available to pre-purchase at the link below. They are $25 and $45 respectively. By popular demand, they will be blue with a white school crest and name on the front left chest area and a white patriot head logo with the word patriots on the back. We need to sell at least 50 of each in order to place the order, so please send in your order as soon as possible. We are going to cut off pre-orders on October 4th. If we are unable to place the order because we do not get enough sold, money will be refunded.
National Chocolate Milk Day
This Friday is National Chocolate Milk Day. To celebrate, Pastor Lear is providing a cup of chocolate milk for every student and staff member at school. We will have this available at lunch time so parents can plan accordingly.
Parent Teacher Fellowship
Due to scheduling conflicts, the Parent Teacher Fellowship has been moved to Sunday, October 20th, from 1pm-3pm. This is a time for parents to talk with teachers about their students progress for the year. No students should be present for this event. We tried to make it for the middle of the day so more people could attend between church services.
Early Parent Pickups
If you need to pick up your student from school before the normal dismissal time of 2:50pm, please do so before 2:15pm. This will allow us to keep all the bus and parent pickup lines in order during our normal dismissal time.
