Days Off
Just a reminder there is in no school this Thursday and Friday, the 12th and 13th. We are also off the 23rd and 24th of this month. You can find the school calendar by clicking the button below.
Home Games
In an effort to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at our athletic events, we are asking that parents not leave students unattended during our games. Students should be accompanied by a parent or an adult responsible for supervising them. Students are to be seated with their parent or guardian during the entire game or in the designated student pep club section of the bleachers. Students should not be in any other area of the buildings or property. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and for supporting our athletic program.
Concession Volunteers
Thank you to all who have been helping in the concession stand. Below is the list of remaining home games and those scheduled to work:
- Sept. 10 – Volleyball: 4pm-7pm – Bennett Family
- October 1 – Volleyball: 4:30pm-6:30pm – Adrienne, Melody, Lori
- October 7 – Volleyball: 4:30pm-7:30pm – Tara, Wendy, Becky
- October 18 – Volleyball/Football: 3:30pm-6:30pm – Mrs. Jensen, Michelle L., Keffer Family
School T-Shirts
We are working on getting a quote for school t-shirts and hoodies. As soon as that gets back, we will get an order form out in a newsletter.
New Parking Lot Traffic Pattern
It has become a necessity to change the traffic pattern of our parking lot for the safety of students in the school and children in the church. We are going to try and have new lines and arrows painted this week, but wanted to give advance notice to all of our families. Beginning this Sunday for church and Monday for school, the new traffic pattern will be as shown in the picture below. The gravel lot will remain an entrance and exit as has been. However, we are switching the entrance and exit of the main lot. You will enter through the lot on the Derry side, further away from the building, and exit by the ramp. Parents should still line up in the gravel lot until the buses are pulled out. We will have a member of the pastoral staff in the lot to help direct traffic as long as needed.
