We have already had a fantastic start to a new school year! I am so excited to see how God works in the hearts and minds of our students and staff in the coming months. I hope you will make it a daily prayer request to ask God for wisdom for the staff and students
For this Friday, the 24th, I wanted to let all students and parents know that we will have casual day for the entire school. This means that students can wear loose knee-length basketball shorts and t-shirts for the day
We will also be starting pizza day this Friday. The pizza will remain $2 per slice this year unless they raise costs
We will be sending home volleyball schedules within the next few days. There is a practice after school tomorrow, August 24th, from 3pm-5pm. Golf practice is also scheduled for 3pm-5pm
The school calendar is available on our website, www.bbcalatrobe.com. Just as a reminder, there will be no school on August 31st, September 3rd, and September 17th
For those that may not know, we collect Box Tops for Education as well as Chick-Fil-A receipts from Eastgate and Westmoreland Mall. We ask that you send these receipt and box tops in regularly as they help in funding a few activities throughout the school year. It might not be much, but every little bit helps
In years past, parents have asked for ways they can help or items they could donate. We can use a few volunteers throughout some of the school days for various tasks around the school. If you can be here, please let me know. Items that we can always use are: Kleenex, Clorox wipes, cough drops, and magic erasers
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be an influence on your children. We do not take it lightly and value the chance to show them the love of Christ daily
