- Labor Day – There is no school on Monday, September 2nd, for Labor Day.
- Volleyball – Our first volleyball game was awesome! Our girls all played amazingly last night. Although the JV lost, they played well as a team and looked good for their first game of the season. The varsity Patriots handled the opposing team with confidence and intelligent playing that resulted in a win. I hope you plan to be here Friday, September 6th, to see our guys play their first flag football game and our ladies play volleyball again.

- Sports practices – The girls volleyball team will not have practice Tuesday, only Thursday followed by the game Friday. The boys football team will practice as usual on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Games – In an effort to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at our athletic events, we are asking that parents not leave students unattended during our games. Students should be accompanied by a parent or an adult responsible for supervising them. Students are to be seated with their parent or guardian during the entire game or in the designated student pep club section of the bleachers. Students should not be in any other area of the buildings or property. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and for supporting our athletic program.
- Tournaments – Looking ahead, our sports team will be missing many days over the next few weeks between scheduled days off and tournaments. It is important that they stay on track academically through the sports season. If you have questions on where your student is academically and where they need to be, check with their supervisor.
- As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
