Several notes for our school families to be paying attention to. As always, please let us know if you have any questions.
- Bowling: Beginning next week, our school will begin a new venture into the sport of bowling. Our flag football guys will be practicing at Lincoln Lanes on Tuesdays after school. They will continue to practice football on Thursdays. If any other students are interested, they can contact Pastor Schwender to see if there is availability on the bowling team.
- Games: Please check the school calendar for upcoming Games. We are excited to see our girls play volleyball on Tuesday, September 20th, for their first game.
- PE Class: PE will start this week for learning centers 3 and 4 (7th-12th grades). They will be going to the YMCA in Ligonier. A letter of explanation and permission slip has gone home with each child. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Pastor Schwender.
- Speedy Reader: The Speedy Reader program has started this week. Parents should reach out to Miss Michelle if they have any questions. The notebooks will begin coming home over the course of the next few days.
- Other Electives: All other electives (art, PE for the other learning centers) will start next week.
- Balance: Each student should have a star (passed test) in each subject by the end of this week to be on academic balance towards honor roll. Privilege levels start next week, with academic requirements for athletics and casual day participation. Details for these requirements are in the handbook.
