- Last Day. The last day of school is May 27th. There is an 11:30am dismissal time that day. There is a kindergarten graduation practice at 12:00pm.
- Awards. Kindergarten graduation and school awards night will be May 27th at 6:00pm. We are asking all students to be there to support their kindergarten friends as well as be part of all the awards we hand out that night. We are excited to do some different things with the academic and character awards this year. Students must be present to win their awards – and there will be some great gift cards to go along with many of the medals! Please plan to attend.
- Senior Graduation. Senior graduation is June 3rd at 6:30pm. We ask our student to be here to support the seniors in this major milestone in their lives.
- Enrollment. The application for the 2021-22 school year is live on the website. Every student must have an application filled out for the new year. All students enrolled before the end of May will have the $100 application fee waived. Please make sure to enroll early! If you go to BBCALatrobe.com and click enrollment paperwork, there is a tab for the electronic application. You can also fill out the financial aid form on the corresponding website page as well.
- Progress Reports. End of year progress reports as well as the new year calendar and other helpful items will be available after the awards ceremony on Thursday evening. Each family will have a packet of information available that night.
- Monthly Payments. For those with automatic withdraws for monthly payments, please remember that these payments continue through June and July. The new payment schedule will begin in August. If you are interested in financial aid, please fill out the application soon as many others are already in line to receive assistance.
