Craziness continues to ensue all around. I am so glad I serve a God that is always the same! It is reassuring to be able to take rest in His arms of safety. I hope and pray that you also find a peace that passes all understanding throughout the chaos that is the world we live in!
Basketball: the games for this week were both postponed by the other teams. We will have new schedules as we get out of Christmas break with as many updates as we have at that time. There will be practices today and Thursday from 3p-5p.
Weather: school districts have made the decision to call a weather cancellation for tomorrow and a 2-hour delay Thursday. With public schools not being in session, we were asked to help out the bus companies and follow the district recommendations. To keep a good testimony with both companies and drivers, we will comply and cancel school Wednesday and start with a 2-hour delay Thursday. If we need to cancel Thursday as well, we will send out a text Thursday morning.
We are still planning to have a Christmas party Friday afternoon. Please see previous newsletters if you have questions regarding the festivities. Christmas break will begin after the party and run through January 4th, with school resuming Tuesday, the 5th.
